Multiplicity stops responding and .Net error in event viewer

Hello,

We have Dell Precision 3640 PC's running Multiplicity version 3.57.  They are configured with a primary and one secondary workstation.  We are seeing an issue where applications stop responding and the keyboard and mouse no longer respond.  In checking the event log we are seeing .Net errors in the application log at or around the time of the issue occurring.  We are trying to narrow down the possible applications causing the .net errors.  Is Multiplicity build on .Net and if so what is the recommended version of .Net that needs to be installed?  Please let me know if there is any additional information you would like to help with this issue/request.

Is Multiplicity build on .Net and if so what is the recommended version of .Net that needs to be installed?

Other than for initial activation, no, Multiplicity (MP) does not use any .Net at all. 

Is this the 1st time you are using MP... or no, you have been using it for a long time and this is just now starting to happen?

What OS's?

If you do a clean boot on each PC, does it still happen?

Hello,

thank you for the information. We have been using Multiplicity for about a year and a half.  This issue has been occurring spertically for about the same period of time.  We have ather software that relies on .net and wanted to know if Multiplicity is .net dependant.  Our current issue involves an OutOfMemory error causing .Net to stop responding and freezing running applications.  Based on your information I think we can focus on other applications on our systems.
