Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
While this response solved the issue for the user, the problem is that this is necessary. Multiple reboots, a purge, an uninstall, etc.

Any time you cause massive problems like this (causing explorer to crash us huge) to a customer's computer, the problem is you, not the customer. I've given up on Fences, and stardock , as they just simply prove they don't care to listen to what's going on, and what customers are saying
