As for trying to send me email. I believe, from your video, you did enter a wrong code on that video. You entered AC28Q instead AV28Q.

Are you filling out all of the fields? I just filled one out as a test and it hit my ticket queue within a minute.

does your email ticket say "no ticket was created." on top of the email when you get it?
No, the ticket was created properly, also your refund was processed this morning.
as a bug report, its VERY confusing to the user when he fills out a ticket request and then gets an email as shown above.
I still don't really know what it means.
