'Show this folder on the desktop' in Windows Explorer navigation pane not working

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can not reproduce your issue on my Windows 11 system. Can you post a video showing us your issue. It might help us understand the issue better.

Below is a video of me testing that function. And it work ok both time.

Hello Bas,

Viewed your video. First example is of a folder within a Fence. Second example is a folder in the main pane of Windows File Explorer.

Did you try a folder in Windows Explorer Navigation Pane, as that is the case I have described?
