My First submission was on Friday, didn't hear anything today couldn't find where my submissions were, so I submitted a new one then tried e-mail support and was told a support ticket could be found, so I did another submission, then learned were the tickets were located and there was no reply to any of the tickets, and still no reply to the tickets.
It might because it is on the weekends when you submitted. And when you resubmitted make the ticket get something like Paul (Jafo) said above. Anyway, I have forward your ticket numbers to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

All of that is accurate. Please do not create new tickets\update old ones as it will only delay the response. If we have it - the ticket, - it will get worked.
