Is stardock not accepting further orders ?

The OPs order processed the same day it was tried... in 2021...
Same problem here. For two days I've tried paypal or card payment and they both repeatedly fail!

That one did not pass a FastSpring risk assessment. Adam, who has worked with you on your placed ticket, placed one of our own with FastSpring on Friday. I am confident you will know the results early Monday morning. I do see that you have replied to that ticket 15 times. There is no need to keep replying to it until you hear back from Adam.
While I understand this can be frustrating (its happened to us all at one point or another), this is not personal. While rare that any of us has been caught up in a false positive, it is the cost of doing business online where fraud and relentless exploitation are a daily battle.
