Hello... I have been using multiplicity for years on my own systems without a problem. So i referred the app to a friend first to test it out on the trial before he buys. But whatever I might do its not connecting. It finds the other computer and I can add it to the "host"machine. But the host icon tries to connect and then after a few seconds it becomes grey again. I turned off the windows firewall and ran the little port fix that i found on the forum but that didnt help. They are both on the same network and I have them hardwired with an ethernet cord. Also i have set the network to private and not public. Both computers are running windows 10 64 bit the lastest version (20H1). My computer skills are advanced so I dont know what can be happening. Any help will be appreciated

Ok here is what happened .. lol... the font that multiplicity uses is very bad for this single reason> the PASSCODE font makes it very easy to confuse an L with a 1!!!! and believe it or not.. that was my stupid mistake. But something tells me that more people will or have made this mistake and have been pulling their hair out. SO here is my feedback for anyone to forward to the stardock team please either change the passcode fonts or make it so everything is in caps.. l and 1 will not be confused that way.
hope this helps stardock improve their software and others reading things solve their similar issues.
see screenshot of what the small l looks like. Out of my hastiness i confused it with a 1
