Start 10 - task bar in white

Hello,

I am using Start 10 and would like a very dark bar below my screen and therefore would need the letters and the time below at the right to be written in white but I can't find where it is in the options ; anyone could help ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try changing your Windows Colors to Dark Mode. Right click on desktop -> Personalize -> Colors -> Choose your color -> Dark.
