Is there some trick to getting customer service to respond to a ticket? I put one in days ago about my account being misclassified as a business account and thus limiting the number of computers I can install Fences on. I have had it since 2007 and upgraded to Fences 3 and never had a problem having it on my 2 home computers until I upgraded one of the computers and need to reinstall. I am supposed to be able to install it on 5 of my personal computers and now I am limited to only 1. Any help resolving would be greatly appreciated.
