Why did evolution not happen here

Ok I understand that we filled an empty nich. Maybe the great apes did. So for a long time the Americas were isolated from the rest of the world. Not even Native Americans. We even had mega Fauna that weren't in the rest of the world, or have became extinct everywhere els gre. So here is the question why were there no other humanoids, or other great apes for that matter when we had plenty of monkeys in the Americas while we evolved in the old world. First in europe then in Africa. The nich didn't get filled in America it was left empty. 

Now the Bonus question is why did we evolve so quickly when before the extinctions they had many more hundred of millions of years yet no humanoid, or even some equavalent to a great ape ever evolved.

I'm really hoping this whole thread doesn't get caught in the Creationist trap. If it does it may as well also address Flat Earth ideas as well.

The difference between creationism and flat earth is the flat earth has been dis proven without there being any doubt. Weather were are talking about satalites, spaceships, or telescopes. With evolution there are many holes in it. As science progresses more, and more creationism seems more, and more likely as science keeps changing. There are sound arguments on either side.

Ok so what I rad is that conflict between people produce change. On top of that I would like to point out we used to not be the apex. So we are to assume that the stem mammals, and the dinosaurs didn't fight among them selves. I don't beleive you.

We still need an answer to why a hominoid didn't try to evolve in environments that changed like the rest of the world the americas; even though they also had monkeys.

One could say when climate changed in Europe we were forced out of the trees; except, so were the gorillas, and chimps when they went to Africa they went back into trees except us. Yes the first hominid who was 7.2 million years is from Germany. It's the same hominid that was found in Africa 7 million years ago. Something happened in these 200 thousand years. My guess is climate change.

I knew that's where this would go!   

Sorry Dude but creationist teaching that the Earth is only 6,000 years old and dinosaurs and humans existed at the same time is more than faulty, to me it's a bad fairy tale. That's just as ludicrous as belief in a flat earth.   

Science is what I go with. You're right that science is ever changing and that's because scientists are discovering more and more. Adding to the knowledge bank so to speak. Science gives the human race the ability to move forward and that's where I want to go.

Well one of the things that scientists discovered a long time ago is that hydrogen which is in water makes it impossible to date using rhadioactive dating. All the other dating methods they use says this planet isn't older than 200000 years old. Just one hole.

Without radioactive dating I then can't conclude this planet is 4800000000 years old.

Scientists would admit that dating method is faulty. Yet they stand by it.

OK...I'll concede....long ago, scientists discovered there was hydrogen in water.....

...apart from that, everything else is rubbish.

No they knew hydrogen is in water. They also know that hydrogen messes inconsistently with the radioactive isotope.
