I want to ask for a refund for object desktop.
my order number is 4322320
I don’t need it anymore as it causes my computer can’t work well. And I don't know Object Desktop is a time-limited license.
the first time, I ask your support email on February 28th that is it a time-limited license but no reply just receive a system message like this page said.
the second time, I request a refund on March 18th as my computer becomes stuck when I use your software. But no real person contact me to talk about my ticket.
the third time is on today, I request a refund through your sales email account firstname.lastname@example.org but receive the same message that guides me to go to the forum. so I mind I should write a post here to ask you for help.
hope you guys can see this message and help me to get my refund.
