Any Release that contains it "ALL"

dont wanna buy 50 billion lil snippets of programs

If this is already answered somewhere and I have not done my homework then forgive me.  But is there any "one" release or piece of software I can buy that contains all the upgrades and such all in one fell swoop? or must I buy it all piece meal which if thats the case I'll just forego it all and continue playing the original..

Rebellion is the main one you need. It contains all the content of the previous Entrenchment and Diplomacy expansions (AKA Trinity).

There is some additional DLC for Rebellion, but they are relatively minor and you can play multiplayer with other Rebellion players regardless of DLCs.

You can get the ultimate addition on Steam, it includes the first 2 DLCs (Forbidden Worlds and Stellar Phenomenon), but not the very latest one Minor Factions, which came out in December.
