Was working fine until the other day...
It Worked Before
So the program works as intended. Works great infact! Never had an issue after following instructions on how to set it up perfectly. That was , until the other day. And so far, only with Uncharted Waters Online I discovered on steam a few weeks ago. I used to be able to switch between monitors and computers without a problem. yes, I run 2 of 3 accounts legally on same ISP per their own policy. Again, haven't had an issue until recently. That and none - related to stardock, I am unable to open up UWO multiple times on same computer since this error happened. Don't know fi there is a connection to it. I put this out there for the tech, regarding the changes that happened on steam for another Star Dock game that steam removed, and I think it may be connected. Not sure, but would like to know.
Discovery
When I go to switch to another computer it acts normal but the instant it goes off the screen I get this awful buzzing noise and the normal greyed out dimmed screens and indicator letting me know I am on a different computer. The functions on the computer sorta work, and I mean sorta because the mouse courser disappears. I can still type and open up programs via other methods on that ALT computer, but the main computer is now locked up. I did accidentally touch a key to disable the connection once but seems I cant figure out how to revert to it again. I am forced to close the computer down and restart it.
My Fix for now
I have only seen this error with this one game. So technically the patch responce is to not play this game using the program. However I always have this program up and running and I figured out I can pre-set a key option to only use it when needed. So I can still play the game and not be accidentally affected if the courser touches the side of the screen to switch comps. I have multiple computers so running the clients on them Individually instead works too. But I am spoiled and still would like to use just one keyboard and one mouse.
Any help and support put into this is to not only benefit me as a loyal customer and program owner, but to help better improve the product if it is an error that can be found and fixed. Good hunting! Looking forward to the fix.
