I'm not sure why it's doing this but I cannot purchase anything on Wincustomize it doesn't mateer what the item is I can't buy it. any help

4 What apps do you want to buy ? you will need the right version for your version of Windows .

Is you problem buying the WindowBlinds App or buying Master WindowBlinds Skins from the Masters ?

Master skins and it isn't just one WB but every master skin
Are you getting an error? Please be more specific on what is happening.
I am not getting a error but what happens at the end of my purchase when you would purchase the WB a box shows up on the screen saying "processing" it stays there until it times out and you can try it again, sure hope this fixes the problem
I'm not saying that it's the solution, but are you by any chance using a pop-up blocker or an ad-blocker? That might be what's preventing a purchase from some web stores.
Try opening Chrome in an incognito window:
And trying to purchase under it.

Also, are you logged on?
And, another thing to try, click on the "Is this a corporate or business order?" option and verify your address (or enter it if you are not logged on ).
