RND, that was pretty much the shoreline for what is known to resolve the very few that have reported it.
In almost every case (I think every....), it was always with a headless box, not with a laptop.
It is a gaming laptop with dual graphics, if that makes a difference.
I suppose it could but it would be independant experimentation on your end turning one or the other off (set to always use NVidia for example and vice versa).
Some other things to at least consider:
-Disable any and all firewalls / AV products including Windows Defender
