That is correct.
But the odd thing is, on the response page, I'm shown a price of $59.99, but when I click the button, it shows full price also. So I guess that discount is not available either and the page needs updating? Or something is broken on the upgrade button/flow?
When I use your email (or any false / invalid one), I get those options but all but KM fail (no 'full price is shown'). Instead:
You likely have the product in your cart already and that is why you see a 'full price' item. If you remove it, you will get what I did.
That said, it is not displayed well (the options) and will consider alternate language / presentation.
