I made a support ticket on the morning of Monday the 17th and it is now Friday the 21st and no response.

I made a reply in another post yesterday about the same issue here and someone asked for my ticket id but nothing has happened since. I have been a Multiplicity KM user for a while and purchased an upgrade to KVM but it is still only allowing me the KM features.
I am in SW development myself so can appreciate being busy and the complexities that go with it, but letting a support ticket go 4 days with no response is unacceptable.
