Windows 10 popups are super annoying, and the latest round of Microsoft Windows Update attempts to automatically select Windows 10 as an 'optional' update (and thus try to trick users into installing it).

Is there any way to add a Start8 setting that would disable windows 10 popups???

I'm so sick of these notifications and have no way of turning the damn things off.  Thus far, I have seen no compelling reason to use win10, and plenty of reports of undesirable 'convenience' features that seem to be only useful for spying on users...  I will probably be switching to Linux, if able, after Steam et al gets the game-port issues worked out (hopefully soon), as this is what I've been waiting for for over a decade (not steam, but a transparent game port solution).
