My mana increases slightly when I reload quicksaves in my current game

I have an effect in 0.92 I never had before: I took a city and after the fight my army stood benath the city, City Militia was also shown (greyed out),when I wanted to move units out of the army, every unit moved together with a "Phantom army", as if all the units moved. When I clicked at the unit again the "Pahntom army" disappeared. One time one unit totally disappeared.

There is  dead spot in the pits I often had, it is shown as notable location but when you walk in it, it disappears.
