Forum Glitch

I'm having problems with the Demigods Forum, specifically the ability to format my posts.

I'm currently running Windows XP Professional with Firefox 3.6

When I access the Demigod forums from http://forums.demigodthegame.com/ I lack the normal post formatting options. I just get a blank box to type in. I do however have access to the subforums.
In constrast, when I access the Demigod forums from https://forums.stardock.com I have the normal post formatting options available to me, but I lack access to any of the subforums (Mods, Problem Reports, etc).

Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?
