Alright, perhaps that's a bit hasty to call it that but some strange stuff happened.
I was playing in pantheon 2 vs.2 and I'll say I'm a pretty good player, I always do the best out of everyone generally. If not, its a close second place. I took one lane and was doing well, and my partner took the other. I look over to my partners lane and already pretty short into the game a rook had taken out a tower. My partner and I go to double team him, and the damage he was doing was massive. Something seemed really off about that. We suspect the other guy is cheating and the rook is AI. I call out over chat to talk if you're human, and didn't get a response even after a couple of minutes.
While my partner and I are talking about him cheating, my partner disconnects. I thought that was a bit strange since he wouldn't quit right in the middle of us talking. I noticed the pings of the two opposing characters were the same, which may or may not be unusual. I play for about 3 more minutes and already the rook has takened out 4 towers and a fort solo it looked like at level 9. I go upstairs to get a pen to write the names down, and come back to find my computer is restarting which doesn't happen to me ever. But one guys name was Mark Weston and the other was something like Pairyhair. I normally wouldn't post their names, but considering they didn't respond about being a bot for about 5 minutes and all that happened, I think its fair game.
I was thinking too, since this game isn't hosted over a central server, wouldn't the P2P connection make it easier to shut down someone elses computer? The last thing I want to do is look like a moron and be wrong about this, probably too late, but its just strange that I was really sure he was cheating, go upstairs to get a pen, come back down to see my computer restarting (and that might have happened to my partner as well). Seems fishy to me to say the least.
