I've already added banners to my websites and facebook but I wanted to take it one more step.
I use gmail and added a sig with a link but it wasn't showy enough. I really wanted to use the banner.
Since gmail doesn't support html formatted sigs it was research time . . and where did I go? Google of course!
I found a Firefox extension called "Better gmail" at Lifehacker and it does what i wanted and more.
So now, every time i create or reply to email (using the web interface) I see (and receivers get):
