Downloading files problem using WC Tray

Hi,
I have a problem with WCTray since a few weeks.
When uploading files there's an error message after contacting the download server. If the file is created on my disk, it is invalide and the only way to DL wanted skins I must use WC website.
Problem appears on bootskins, WB, IP and logons (the ones I DL).

Any solution.
