It seems that Icon Packager is nothing but a series of ongoing issues.  I've had problems with icons in quick launch changing back to default for no reason.  If you click on the quick launch icon to change it, then it seems to hold the changed icon in every icon package that you attempt to apply.  I can't get it to apply to IE shortcuts at all.  I have a lot of them and I'm not about to change them one by one.  Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.  I'm beginning to hate this program.  If it's going to continue to work erratically, I'll just uninstall it and go back to default icons.
