Yet another of those great Clueless Old articles claiming Bush is spinning on something again.
You know, I know the President is in pretty good shape, but if he's doing all the spinning he's being accused of, he should probably be a fitness instructor on one of those cruise lines that advertises "spinning" as one of the leisure activities onboard ship.
The numbers on jobs haven't been spun any where near what some people might wish. Plenty, and I do mean plenty of news organizations with plenty of axes to grind against the current administration are doing their best to avoid having to tell the story because they know it is good news for the President. The job market has gotten better, it continues to get better, and even acts of god (in the forms of several gulf hurricanes) and global warming (as the hurricanes were claimed to be caused by if you are a liberal) haven't slowed down the economy.
Granted, Greenspan is back to speak of deficits and their evil again, but he's also made mention, or at least the fed in general has made mention, of the possibility that we aren't done raising rates because of continued fears of inflationary pressures. Inflationary pressures that normally wouldn't be found if we were experiencing the types of job markets that certain C.O.L.'s want to hope we are in, and are trying to spin on their own spinning wheel.
Too bad the C.O.L. and most other liberals never learned from Rumplestiltskin and the rest of the nursery rhyme characters how to spin crap into gold. They'd be rich if they had. That old "ifs and buts" story, you know.
