And I was hoping to get the Version 3 of your skin. Your skin has been one of my favorites so thank you for the nice skin. I guess you can take pride that Microsoft, a Multi Billion dollar industry have asked one of the "little guys" to take down his nice FREE theme.

If it is available on 'a certain skinning site' then it is there unlawfully.

Copyright holder required its removal.  Artist complied.

If it's anywhere it is at best an oversight on the part of the artist or it is 'up' without his knowledge [thus violating HIS rights as well]...

Good job microsoft...you just created viral marketing in favor of kol.
Try googling kol vista xp. You get a million sites about how they censored this skin and a bunch of people who never heard of WB or this skin want it now. Funny as hell. I wonder if any of the people at stardock can confirm a spike in WB sales after microsoft did this?

Well...yes.

They are violating Microsoft's rights...and, just to add insult to injury they are ALSO violating Kol's rights.
