Add to Favorites menu in IE 6?

Not getting Skinned!!

Why will Window Blinds 4 and now 5 not skin the Add to Favorites menu in IE 6? I am talking about when you click on the Favorites button then click on add to favorites. Every other part of IE is getting skinned. Its doing this on both of my PC. Both running Windows XP SP2 Home.

This makes no sence. Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix it?
