Tooltips disappear when switching monitors

I run a dual-head display and find that when I switch from 1 monitor to 2, or change the orientation of the monitors in Windows Display Properties, tooltips no longer appear when I move my mouse over objectdock icons. Anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?

The only way I have found to fix it is to quit ObjectDock and start it up again.

I'm running ObjectDock Plus 1.20.522u+.
