ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT REMOVES ALLEGED RACIST JUDGE WHILE BROTHERS AND SISTERS STILL REMAIN SEGREGATED BY RACE


The Illinois Supreme Court has removed Decatur Illinois Probate Judge Albert (A.G.) Webber IV from an Illinois woman’s case. Amy Schneider, a mother of five has been in court trying to regain possession of her two oldest children, Kaela Elizabeth Sliney-Schneider and Joshua Matthew Sliney-Schneider, both Caucasian.

According to an order issued April 20, 2005, by the Illinois Supreme Court, Charleston, Illinois (Coles County) Fifth Circuit Judge Mitchell K. Shick, a Republican, was assigned to replace Webber in the case. “It’s like something you see on TV; Judge Webber operates outside the law, specifically §755 ILCS 5/11-5(,” says Schneider, “and after Webber is removed his Republican colleagues make sure I am deprived of any access to the court and remain unlawfully stripped of my constitutionally protected rights to a parent child relationship.”

Schneider, who lives in Normal, Illinois with her three younger Black children, has previously filed a complaint with the Judicial Review Board accusing Webber of segregation and racism. “I was not complaining about Judge Webber’s decisions, per se, I was complaining about Judge Webber denying me, a fit parent, due process as required by the constitution,” said Schneider.

“Webber went so far as to fabricate derogatory medical and domestic accusations against me to forcibly keep my children with hostile non-parents so I can’t see them at all. However, the sworn testimonies of a valid Illinois medical doctor and two Normal Illinois Police officers directly dispute Webber’s accusations,” said Schneider.

“Webber is not only crooked, but he is a malevolent crook,” Schneider said. “Court records will prove Webber used his elected state office to circumvent the law, line the pockets of his friends with my children’s money, and manifested racial bigotry to punish me and my young Black children while the Illinois supervising Courts had simply looked the other way,” Schneider claims.

“My two children had never been to San Angelo, Texas when they were abducted by Karen M. Coates without permission or the knowledge of any court on August 28, 2002,” Schneider said. “Webber and his Illinois Republican Party friends have closed ranks, and this is nothing more than two children being for sale, purchased and delivered by the Macon County Decatur, Illinois Court for about $250,000.00.”

An August 22, 2005 hearing has been set in the case.

it is really sad that this is still going on.  That poor woman.  WHere is the outrage from the MSM?

I hope this judge is wiser.  A lot wiser.

This is Macon County Probate Court. What do you expect.....a fair deal? It is amazing and tragic but this is about $$$$$$.

I have been doing a little research on some probate court cases in Macon County and it is very interesting. What you don't know about your attorney can definitely harm you!

I will never totally recover from my personal experience in Macon County Probate Court and I doubt if this family will either. It is too bad that you cant' sue the court for damages. However, you can sue a crooked attorney.

I will say that from my experience in Macon County and the State of Illinois there is little chance that any action will take place in a timely manner to save a "FAMILY". What is family court about?

I will also go public with my story when I accumulate all the research. By careful and repeated examination of court records, it is amazing what you will find! There is a pattern of this travesty of injustice in Macon County!

I have been doing a little research on some probate court cases in Macon County and it is very interesting.


Therein lies the big problem here. There are several people tied up in that corrupt Macon County Illinois Family Court system. These are law abiding citizens who are the subject of what has to be criminal activity.

This stuff is not going to stop until it can be broadcast far and wide so the roaches dont have any place to hide.


The people in this forum are unusually adept to the tides of political principles, but the dishonest judiciary is like a cancer. No one is immune and lives are ruined with unending impunity.

The common denominator is universal to mobsters, thieves, and drug dealers. MONEY, is all that matters in the Macon County court. Not Children, not Mothers or Fathers, not Sons or Daughters, not the constitution or laws of the land, in fact it seems like God himself has left the building.

OK I need to say This girl in bad trouble. That Mitchell K Schick judge got mucho hate for black Latino people. That why he call Mitchell KKK Shick. Everybody already know Shick is ambulance chaser slimy money lawyer. If you got money, ok if you not have money Latino, he not be fair to you.

She tells Webber is crook, wait until he get her. I live in Charleston Ashmore for many years. people at chudh let know us to watch out he not treat fair if you not white people in court.

Maybe I am just an old sentimental Jew, but this is bull crap. All of the stuff written about this woman and those obvious crooks in Illinois should bring some kind of urgent investigation.

This is how it starts, one or two people complain, they are ignored by the rest of us to the extent that the corruption is allowed to remain. This situation involving race is worth taking a long look at. I have researched the Matt Hurley interviews with this woman and the story is chilling. Two hundred thousand dollars is well beyond the reach of most Americans. I can only put myself in her place at this point, and I would want someone to care. She is obviously getting help or she is a genius, being in federal court and all. I hope we all get a chance to see the bottom of this awful injustice.

You need to edit it and then check the box that says everyone can comment. I think you may have checked just registered users.

My family and I live in Charleston IL. We know the Shick’s and my kids went to school with their kids. His children are not perfect and neither is he. They have always been nice to us. The thing that kind of ticks me off is that Judge Mitchell Shick has five children. I have personally spent time with Deanne Shick, and she strikes me as a person who would fight a grizzly bear for any one of her children. I wonder how Mitchell would feel if that Webber guy took a couple of his kids and gave them to someone. By screwing with this Schneider woman and her children is clear hypocrisy on the part of Judge Mitchell Shick. And that Albert Webber even looks like a creep. I saw a picture on the internet and he reminds me of Hitler or that Matt Hale guy. I hope that poor woman can somehow receive justice like we would all want for ourselves in this situation. Keep fighting Amy Schneider and may God bless you and your family.

I think you will see the bottom and end of this matter. It is a special tragedy when you have the very people charged with protecting the law actually breaking the law in your face. The absolute power idiom operates here. The only way they will get away with this is if we all turn the other way and I do not think that will happen. Corruption in any court concerns us all. Citizen BakerStreet posted a great article on the courts under Nazi control. I will link it when I find it..
