There doesn't seem to be any place else for discussions of Keyboard Launcher, so I'll post this here.
As I am very proficient with a keyboard, I've long been searching for a keyboard hotkey application to suit my needs. Here are two items I'd like to see added to the Keyboard Launcher wishlist:
1. Context-sensitive hotkeys, to assign application-specific hotkeys, or, conversely, to disable hotkeys when running certain applications. E.g., I like to use I use Ctrl-Shift-C to launch the Windows calculator, but when in MS Word, this steps on the Ctrl-Shift-C copy paragraph formatting keyboard shortcut. I'd like both to be able to disable Ctrl-Shift-C whenever Word has the focus, and to be able to define KL hotkeys that are active only within a specific application.
2. Two-stroke combinations, a la the old WordStar keyboard commands. I'd like the ability to optionally specify hotkeys as "meta-keys" which require a second key for completion. Thus, for example, rather than using WinKey-I just to launch my web browser, I could specify WinKey-I as the first part of a two-stroke combination, and organize all my Internet-related hotkeys together:
WinKey-IB launch webbrowser
WinKey-IE launch e-mail
WinKey-IH open my homepage
WinKey-IS launch Skype
WinKey-IC Internet Chat
and so forth.
Similarly, WinKey-M could be the metakey for all multimedia commands:
WinKey-MM Windows Multimedia Player
WinKey-MW WinAmp
etc.
While WinKey-E might be system navigation commands:
WinKey-EM Open My Computer
WinKey-ED Open downloads directory
WinKey-EF Open F: drive
