SEEKING INFO REPLY'S

To whom this may concern.
I am seeking information on the number of complaints of electronic aggression / attacks against persons / property, past and present in your area (city and state wide) along with any past or present investigations and procedures that may be documented dealing with said aggressions or attacks. If you do not have this type of information, please forward this to the appropriate department / agency.
By electronic aggression / attack I am referring to the use of, but not limited to the use of, High Energy Radio Frequency devices or weapons also know as HERF Guns, Microwave weapons, and other frequency type devices or electronic weapons wither home made or store bought.
Any information you can provide will greatly help the on going investigations in the greater Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area.
Thank you

Re: Request for information
In your recent email to the Montana Department of Justice, you asked for information related to acts of “electronic aggression.”
I am afraid there is very little the Department of Justice can do for you. While the Montana Board of Crime Control maintains statistics for a variety of crimes, “electronic aggression” is not defined in Montana law and so would not be tracked the way other crimes - homicide, assault, etc. - would be.
If you’d care to contact local agencies - city police or county sheriffs or county attorneys - here is a link to a directory:

The State of Michigan does not have this type of information as a weapon type. Therefore, we cannot provide you with this information. No law enforcement agency would have this since they all have to follow the FBI reporting guidelines.
Sorry we couldn't assist you.

Hawaii
Tracy. We have had zero instances of this type of activity in Hawaii reported to state law enforcement personnel. Seeing as how I represent the State side on this, you can take it for gospel. I cannot, however, speak for the Honolulu Police Department, and suggest you visit them by emailing the Chief of Police, Boise Correa. Good luck in your quest.

Dallas FBI
(I Sent This, Response below)
April 22, 2005
I have a few questions about the number of complaints being recorded dealing with the use of electronic devices or weapons by the general public. It has come to my attention that in a 10-month period from late 2004 to early 2005 there were 219 new reports of such types of crime taking place inside the United States.
1) Who would have this documentation on the total number of reports of electronic attacks or aggressions by members of the general public?
2) What would be the correct wording when trying to locate this information? Would it be electronic attack or electronic aggressions or what?
3) How is the FBI dealing with such reports / complaints?
4) Should a person become a target / victim of such attacks just where would they find help in documenting the attacks for the purpose of prosecution?
5) Exactly what would a person be charged with if caught using one of these types of devices against another person?
Dallas Public (Response to above)
Reports of this type would have to be requested from FBI Washington, D.C. The 2003 reports would be coming out now. It takes time to get all the totals from all the States. The 2004 report will not be ready till at least 2006. You will have to contact them.
