While I applaud your stance on the issue I feel I need to inform you of something of a semi-serious nature. If you're looking for good news to attribute to the Bush Administration you really need to find an article that pertains to him or his policies. Let's me honest here as usual. If New York City's economy was worse than this article states no serious analyst is going to be blaming Bush for it. NYC's personal finances are not directly controlled by Bush. He makes no manoevres concerning the city's budget for public toilet maintenance and their toilet paper supply. There's good reason why this article is about Mayor Bloomberg. Because he's the mayor and this issue is about the city's fiscal position. What's strange is that you should choose this article to give Bush your support. There are plenty of good news articles to be found all over America. If you have the time you should do what I do once a week or so. Go to a US newspaper listing website and go state by state choosing one major state newspaper and checking out their front pages. When there is significant news being circulated (missing bride-to-be or Pope is dead stories) it's pretty interesting to read all the headlines state by state, since each news site will generally have the same top stories happening at the same time.
