There is SO much that is unconstitutional about the anti piracy paranoid policies.
First of all: Guilty until proven innocent. If the RIAA or MPAA stormtroopers come to my door with a court order to search my computer, it is on me to prove to them that any songs or movies I do have are legal. Sorry but there is nothing "legal" about that sort of search and seizure. It's called a "fishing trip", not an investigation.
Where they should be investigating is where these pirated films are originating. I mean, a "pre release" pirated copy did not originate from a geek in the theater with a small video camera. Pre-release pirated copies come from the industry itself. MPAA, police your own before you come breaking down my door. If you are unwilling to secure your own house, leave mine alone!!
What will be next, will our medical records be searched without us even being charged for a crime, just to see what they can find with which to charge us? ;~D
