Hoo~AH Florida!! While there will probabaly be a need for some oversight of these private organizations, it is about time we start turning to citizens instead of government to run the programs. We Republicans say we support privatizing most of what the government does now, apparently there are enough in Florida willing to put their money where their rhetotic is!
