I wish articles like this didn't have to be written.
Apologies in advance for anyone that offended with the mentions of certain religious symbols and characters that may appear in this article and/or which have appeared in the title of the article. Apparently there are still a few more targets of religious symbolism out there that must be abolished in order to make this world a more politically correct place that will be safe for all atheists big and small.
In many places now, we can no longer have "Easter Bunnies", and instead must have "Spring Rabbits" or other completely secular characters for our kids to visit in the shopping malls.
Today, many children may be forced to learn about Ireland and some elements of religious beliefs as part of learning about Saint Patrick.
I know that we're in the last days of celebrating these religious symbols and having them in our lives. They'll be abolished soon enough, as more intolerant atheists become more antagonistic towards these symbols and continue the march toward turning this nation into one that has absolutely no tolerance of any religious practices or symbolism.
So I say to all today, be kind to your atheist brothers and sisters in the world of humanity. They're being forced to suffer through while we celebrate just once more with these symbols in our life. It must be truly painful to them, and we must acknowledge that and be prepared to sacrifice a little more for the greater good in the future. Just be ready when that time comes.
