Every decision that a person makes will effect any other persons life, even when the person's deed is small.
I always thought about it that way. What you do today will affect your closest community, bringing the effect into their own closest community, and so on and so on.
Let's say this blog. You write a blog for everyone to read. i read it, and make this reply. Any other person read it and begin to question the same for herself. She then asks her friends about the same thing. They discuss it the way you discuss it with your friend. Someone will write a blog about it, someone will contemplate on it, someone will keep it in memory. Potency for some chain reaction of deeds is there for any deeds done.
