Dynamic borders and buttons

In the recent newsletter from stardock there was something I found very interesting:

## WindowBlinds 4.5 in January ##

WindowBlinds 4.5 is nearly ready for release. The new version has new coloring options for users and supports a new feature called "Dynamic Borders" along with a similar feature called "Dynamic buttons". Essentially the skin author can provide multiple
types of window borders and have them come up in different circumstances.

Has this been added to the current alpha/beta on SD? If so, how can I try this out? (I know, I could wait until January, but... you know!) I found a property in SS that said Dynamic Frame Image Shape, does that has anyting to do with it?

I can't take such teasing...
