They are aware of it. They have been aware of it many times and promised they have fixed it many times. These are just faster than 90's dial-up speeds. Seems they need to get someone in the server room who knows what he is doing. I complained on another thread and now I see this one and another as well that makes three threads recently ? How hard can it be to solve it? It has been going on at least a year or more at this point.
An IT company that cannot sort out a download speed problem ? It just reflects badly on them. Maybe they need to bring in a consultant to sort it out once and for all ?
