Windows 11 Upgrade leads to video lag issues

Just upgraded to Windows 11 and now my game is running poorly. Turns take far longer on the same machine. Any thoughts on tweaks? Video resolution is maxed out but lower res to HD doesn't seem to matter for game play performance.
