Is it possible to read a USB drive from a USB port in the primary computer but accessing it from the secondary via KVM mode? I read notes about using RDP but I am not having any luck.
If what you are really asking is can you control \ access anything on the Primary while physically at a Secondary, no. A Secondary cannot control a Primary.
However... You could map the Primary USB drive on the Secondary, or just access its shared drives, just like you could any other network location.
