Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unfortunately, Multiplicity that come with ObjectDesktop is Multiplicity 4. To get the Multiplicity 4 Pro, please go to Multiplicity Product page and Click on "Upgrade" button to get special discount price.

Perhaps you have account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details.
