Upgrading from KVM to KVM Pro

I bought Multiplicity KVM on Steam over 2 years ago and I'm successfully using it for KVM connection to remote computer. But now I need to add 1 more remote computer to my setup. As I understand I should update my license to Multiplicity KVM Pro. Since there is no such option to buy it on Steam I tried to buy it on Stardock site (https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/) but when I choose "Upgrade from KM/KVM" button and enter my email address I get message: "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time."

How to buy Multiplicity KVM Pro upgrade for my current Multiplicity KVM?

I to have the exact issue that piteer333 has described. I originally purchased the KM product then later upgraded to the KVM product. I would like to also be able to use the KVM option on more than one secondary machine. Since I purchased both items on Steam, I too see the same message "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time" when I " enter my email address looking for the KVM to KVM Pro upgrade offer.

So my question is the same:

How to buy the Multiplicity KVM Pro upgrade for my current Multiplicity KVM (when purchased on Steam originally).

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
