Hi there! I've been using Start11 happily for a while now. I recently upgraded to 2 when I saw the pinned folder menus. I'm a developer and was even thinking of writing an in-house utility to do this. I'm so happy with it!
I've been looking for software to remember the locations of my "always on" applications. I've got three monitors on my desk connected to my laptop. Sometimes I use one of them for a second laptop, leaving only two for my regular laptop. Like most people, sometimes I just use my laptop screen. I think it is too complicated for software to remember the window locations based on active screens. This is because at various times booting, docking, powering on/off, etc. apps and monitors are moved or disabled.
I'm wondering if Stardock has an app that will enable me to create a layout on my screen for my apps and then click a button to have all those apps jump to their correct locations based on the current monitor layout. (or even to a named layout that I select)
You've got a lot of products so I'm hoping one of the hidden features in there is this one. Any chance?
Thanks,
Pete
