Sorry to hear you are having issues. Needd to clarify something first. When you purchased license for Multiplicity KVM Pro, did you received a new license key for it? If you did, did you activate your Multiplicity using those key? And The popup mentioned that it is not activated appeared?
Also, if you use this guide to check your activation status, does your Multiplicity KVM Pro show that your PC actually activated in its listing? https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations
