Permanent licence of Fences 3 to 4 upgrade

I purchased a PERMANENT licence for Stardock Fences 3, a 5 activation pack.

Now I was wondering if I can upgrade it to Fences 4 and if so, for how much money?, I mean, is an upgrade after all, not a new purchase. And also the prices listed on your site are for a 1 year licence, I own a PERMANENT licence for Fences 3, I would like a PERMANENT licence for Fences 4, basically the same kind of licence but for the newer version.
