Why, you can use that button to deactivate Start11 license on that computer to have available slot for activation on another computer. When you going to do another format and fresh install on this computer or your moving to another computer.
Also note that you can also manage your activation using this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. These will be handy if you no longer have button deactivation option.
