Download Filter not working

Should go to "arriving" instead goes to desktop

I have Fences 4 newly installed. I tried to set it to put all new downloads into a fence called "Arriving." Instead it is putting them onto the general desktop, outside of any Fence.

In Fences 3 this worked fine. No more, alas

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need to know your full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
Fences 4 version number installed.
How your Fences Download rules look like.

Should be something like these.

Windows is Windows 10, version 21H2

Fences is version 4.0.7.2

I have my browser set to download to the desktop (as I did with Fences 3) and Arriving is a fence on my desktop.

The only box I have checked in "New icon placement a & auto-organizing" is
[ ] Downloads go to Arriving
