What happened to my people? My glorious citizens are nowhere to be seen?

It seems population on planets has been replaced with planet health?

It seems population on planets has been replaced with planet health? If there are no people to protect it is much harder to care about the game and its inhabitants. Suggest making sure as many links to the players citizens are formed.
