What a beautiful response. A request is a request, but after 10 years, a request becomes a disregarded/discarded customer feedback.
A request that has been made several times over the last 10 years should be, for any company and/or product, a top priority. At this time, your Support or Dev team have shown that 1) they have not answered, let alone listened, to customers' repeated feedback and pain point reports or that someone has not taken care of relaying the information and that 2) existing customers' feedback, requests and ideas to improve the company's products are not important and can be disregarded.
I believe we will stay away from your products, unfortunately.
