When I use the hotkeys for bringing Fences to the front, only 2 of my 7 Fences show.
Does using Win Key + Space Bar bring them all up ?

Look like you on Windows beta build. Do know that, Stardock software is not supported on Windows Insider/Beta build. However, I would suggest you try cleanboot and see if it help : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot

Perhaps you have some Fences set to different viewing types...for example...double click vs mouse-over. The mouse-over ones will stay hidden and ignore 'double click'...potentially same issue with hotkeys ...
It seems only Folder Portals are showing when I use the Peek function.
For your non Folder Portal fences, what is and is not checked here (screenshot of one is fine):

We have spent some time today trying to recreate this issue on 3 different builds of Windows (and 2 Fences builds) and we cannot recreate the issue. Please attempt a cleanboot that Basj mentioned in reply #11.
